Ingredients
1 egg (large)
1 tbs milk
1 can crush french-fried onions, (2.8 ounces)
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (dry)
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
Some pepper
1 broiler/fryer cut up chicken (3-4 pounds)
1/4 cup melted butter.
Directions:
Whisk milk and egg, in a shallow bowl. Then, in another shallow bowl, mix the onions, paprika, bread crumbs, cheese, pepper, and salt. Dip the chicken in egg mixture. Then roll the onion in the mixture.
Put in a greased 13-inch. x 9-inch. baking dish. Drizzle it with butter. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 50-60 minutes, until the juices run dry. Servings: 4-6 servings.
